1.Any person professing faith in the LORD Jesus Christ, giving evidence of regeneration and accepting the statement of faith and covenant held by the ministry may be received into the ministry's membership.

2. Any member or members from other churhes or fellowship or groups of the same fiath and order, who wish to become member, may be received into the local church.

3. The order and practices of the ministry shall be rolely in line with the scripture standard and the Bible shall be the final answer to all practices and be followed.
On this regard;

(A) Any new person will have to pass through the Believer's Baptismal foundation class.
(B) After their class the fellow shall attend the Believer's Baptismal class.

(C) After a successful completion of Believer's Baptismal class the fellow shall be interviewed and if successful shall go for water Baptism by immersion.

(D) After Baptism, the fellow shall be recommended by his house fellowship leader for discleship training using Purpose Driven Life, master Life and Experiencing God materials. The successful completion of the discipleship programme shall enable a believer to be fully registered as a member of the local church of Rock Church.
